deerstreet is not an ordinary design agency. With offices in Germany and the United States, the team works on projects that influence the future of mobility, software, and branding. As a compulsory intern, you will have the chance to contribute directly to challenging projects and grow your design skills through hands-on work. The role is suited to someone who takes initiative, accepts responsibility, and already has some practical experience working independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of visual concepts and design assets for digital and print channels.
- Assist with the production of layouts, logos, and brand identities.
- Work with the branding team on marketing materials and social media content.
- Take photos and handle image editing and retouching afterwards.
- Help design and improve websites and landing pages.
- Join internal presentations and share design ideas.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as design, branding, or human-computer interaction.
- Prior experience as a graphic designer or illustrator is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay focused on what matters most.
- Ability to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines reliably.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense for aesthetics and detail.
- A portfolio that clearly shows your design work and creative process.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Microsoft Office 365, or comparable software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good spoken and written German and English.
