Role Summary

You will be a hands-on contributor responsible for shaping and delivering CollegeVine's brand presence across marketing and growth platforms. This includes creating conference materials, content designs, and managing physical production components. Working closely with the Principal Brand Designer, you will implement creative direction, incorporate feedback, and gradually take on more independent projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design materials for conference booths, presentations, and events, including preparing print-ready files and sourcing merchandise
  • Develop graphics for social media and multimedia content to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Update and create web content aimed at achieving marketing objectives
  • Produce editorial layouts and long-form documents such as reports, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to produce branded content and sales/demo materials
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, proactively clarifying goals and ensuring delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Well-developed personal design taste and a strong brand-centric perspective, capable of extending visual identity systems beyond simply executing given guidelines
  • Between 2 to 4 years of experience in brand or graphic design roles
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular emphasis on Illustrator for some production tasks
  • Understanding of print production technicalities including specifications, bleed, file preparation, and vendor communication
  • Familiarity with integrating AI tools into the creative process

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Video editing or motion graphics experience using tools like AfterEffects or Premiere
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and comfort with vibe-coding web content; experience with Webflow is a significant advantage
  • Illustration capabilities
  • Experience working in startup environments

Additional Information

This position is primarily remote, though working hybrid in New York City is preferred but not required. Team members operate on Eastern Time. Occasional travel to company offices and industry events is necessary.
