Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization, which will handle the application review and all follow-up steps. The hiring company is seeking a Brand Communications, PR & Thought Leadership Manager in Ireland.

The role suits a strategic communicator who can strengthen executive visibility and build long-term brand authority across digital marketing and AI-related conversations.

You will work closely with leadership to turn ideas, sector expertise, and customer success stories into persuasive content that builds trust across several channels.

Your work will span thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn content, podcasts, press outreach, and original research, all aimed at increasing credibility and industry recognition.

The position blends content strategy, executive communications, public relations, and AI-supported content operations within a collaborative setting.

You will have broad ownership and the chance to influence brand perception while testing new communication formats and emerging AI tools.

Success in this role will be judged by real industry impact, media reach, and audience confidence rather than by output volume alone.

This is a strong fit for a communications professional who enjoys shaping influence through authentic storytelling and strategic content.

Key responsibilities

You will partner with founders and senior leaders to shape executive communication plans and expand personal brand presence.

You will convert interviews, conversations, and business insights into polished LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and other leadership-focused content.

You will create and maintain executive content calendars to ensure a steady voice and consistent publishing rhythm across channels.

You will design thought leadership approaches by spotting emerging industry trends and producing original, research-driven content.

You will develop and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, publication teams, and industry influencers to create earned media opportunities.

You will coordinate guest articles, podcast features, webinars, speaking opportunities, award entries, and media outreach efforts.

You will work with internal marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to turn customer insights into campaigns and original research.

You will reshape content into multiple formats while protecting brand consistency and expanding audience reach.

You will use AI-based tools to accelerate research, ideation, content production, and workflow improvement without losing originality or quality.

Experience and profile

The role calls for 5 to 7 years of experience in Brand Communications, Public Relations, Executive Communications, Content Marketing, or Thought Leadership.

You should bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, along with experience creating content for executive audiences.

You need prior experience working directly with founders, executives, or subject matter experts to help build personal brands.

A solid grasp of LinkedIn, B2B marketing, executive positioning, and personal branding strategy is essential.

You should have experience pitching articles, podcasts, webinars, conferences, and other earned media opportunities.

Strong interviewing, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities are important.

You should be able to manage several projects at once and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.

Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, or comparable platforms is required.

You must be able to uncover compelling stories from customer experiences, internal expertise, and market trends.

Additional advantages include agency background, digital PR experience, newsletter community growth, podcast coordination, speaking engagement management, or published work in well-known industry publications.

Work schedule and benefits

This is a fully remote position with a working schedule of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

You will work closely with founders and executive leadership.

The role offers significant ownership and the freedom to help shape executive and company brand direction.

You will have the chance to experiment with advanced AI content and marketing tools.

The role provides exposure to strategic thought leadership, media relations, and executive communications.

You can expect a collaborative, fast-moving environment with considerable creative independence.

This is an opportunity to help build a respected industry brand and contribute to marketing conversations on a global scale.

There is also ongoing learning and professional development within an AI-first marketing organization.

Hiring and data processing information

The hiring process uses an AI-supported matching approach to review applications quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The system identifies the strongest-fit candidates, and the shortlist is then passed to the hiring company. Final decisions and next steps such as interviews and assessments are handled by the employer’s internal team.

By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data will be processed to assess candidacy and share relevant information with the hiring employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Applicants may exercise rights such as access, rectification, erasure, and objection at any time.

AI tools may also be used to support parts of the hiring workflow, including application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals in submitted materials. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are made by people. Applicants may contact the company for more information about data processing.
