Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being shared for a partner employer, which will handle applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The company is seeking a Brand and Content Strategist located in Ireland.
The role offers a chance to define the voice and story of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business working across AI visibility, SEO, and digital discovery. You will be responsible for creating a connected storytelling framework across social, paid, SEO, customer stories, and web content so the brand presents a consistent message everywhere it appears. Partnering with senior marketing leaders, you will help shape category-level narratives in a market that is changing quickly. This position suits someone who looks beyond individual channels and focuses on building influence through strong, consistent brand storytelling. The work takes place in a remote-first, fast-moving environment where independence, creativity, and clear thinking matter. Your contribution will directly influence market perception and support enterprise growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run a single brand and content direction across marketing channels so the message stays aligned across social media, paid campaigns, SEO, case studies, and website copy.
- Write LinkedIn and social content that positions the business as a credible voice in AI visibility and SEO.
- Oversee a connected content system so every asset supports the broader brand story and business objectives.
- Prepare briefs for paid creative work and partner with performance marketing teams to review assets for LinkedIn and Google campaigns.
- Create persuasive case studies and long-form assets that turn customer outcomes into material that helps sales conversations.
- Coordinate with internal or external SEO writers to keep content consistent with the overall brand strategy and messaging.
- Help define the brand’s visual and verbal style across digital channels while collaborating with designers and working within design systems.
- Use tools such as Figma and AI-assisted content platforms to create, refine, and scale high-quality content efficiently.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in brand, content strategy, or marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
- A track record of developing or improving brand narratives that drive visibility, authority, and engagement.
- Excellent writing ability with a distinct voice and the capacity to produce polished, senior-level copy that avoids generic phrasing.
- Hands-on experience with design systems and tools such as Figma or Canva, along with the ability to brief designers clearly.
- Good understanding of how content channels work together as part of one integrated brand ecosystem.
- Curiosity about technical subjects and a willingness to learn complex areas such as AI, SEO, or infrastructure-related products.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI tools to support content creation while still applying strong editorial judgment and brand consistency.
- Extra advantage if you have worked in AI, SEO, technical marketing, or performance marketing workflows.
Benefits
- Fully remote work with complete flexibility on location and working hours.
- High ownership over how you plan and execute your work.
- A lean, fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy.
- Friendly, collaborative, and supportive international team culture.
- Access to a worldwide SaaS network for learning and professional exchange.
- Flexible time off to help maintain rest and work-life balance.
- The chance to help define a brand at a pivotal moment in the AI and SEO category.
- Possible transition into a permanent role depending on performance and business growth.
