Brand Ambassador - Strong Roots

Role overview

CPM Ireland is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent Strong Roots, a vegan frozen food range focused on easy, nutritious meals for home cooking. This position is suited to someone who enjoys merchandising, sales, or simply wants a new challenge.

What you will achieve

Your main purpose is to boost awareness and visibility of the client’s brands across an assigned territory. Success in the role comes through stock management, order handling, auditing, and merchandising, with the aim of improving product availability, promotional compliance, and accuracy of point-of-sale material.

Key responsibilities

• Work to a defined multi-retail call file and follow the agreed call sequence.
• Track product availability in stores and act to improve it where needed.
• Increase distribution and in-store presence by applying agreed planograms and promotional plans.
• Complete daily data recording and submit information accurately and on time.
• Build an understanding of customer needs and respond appropriately.
• Follow the period activity brief and make a positive impact in every outlet visited.
• Take ownership of your own learning, development, and continuous improvement.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

• You must hold a full, clean driving licence.
• You should have a solid understanding of the grocery market and genuine interest in consumer activity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, especially listening ability.
• You need to be computer literate, including word processing, spreadsheets, and internet use.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• You should be motivated to promote and sell the client’s products.
• A target-focused mindset is important for this role.

Working pattern

The schedule runs Monday to Friday.
