Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Branch Manager or Senior Branch Manager to spearhead Direct Channel sales efforts at our Warangal location. The role involves driving premium revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer acquisition initiatives. This position requires managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and field sales to policy issuance and customer service, while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed premium targets within the Direct Channel segment.
- Acquire new customers directly through strategic field sales activities and efficient lead conversion.
- Expand the company's market presence by exploring and developing new business opportunities.
- Oversee smooth policy issuance and provide exceptional customer service post-sale.
- Ensure all operations adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance standards.
