About the Job

We seek highly motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Branch Manager in the Health Agency vertical. This position is based in Burdwan, West Bengal, and focuses on growth and leadership within the health insurance sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee health insurance business operations through assigned on-roll employees.
• Maintain profitability via agency channel management.
• Develop and strengthen the distribution network.
• Manage and motivate a team of agency managers to achieve performance targets.
• Plan and execute campaigns according to company guidelines.
• Ensure full staffing coverage at the location at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any graduate from a recognized discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, particularly in team management within sales or marketing sectors, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
