Role Overview

Join Aditya Birla Capital as a Branch Manager responsible for overseeing the gold loan operations at our Faridabad branch in Haryana. Your core objective is to drive business growth, ensure portfolio quality, manage collections, and lead your team to meet operational benchmarks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer identification and achieve targets related to Customer Unique ID (CUID) creation.
• Increase new customer loan disbursements by meeting or exceeding role-specific percentile benchmarks.
• Support branch plans ensuring both net loan growth and tonnage increments.
• Attain onboarding yield targets and optimize average ticket size along with promoting renewals and repeat engagements from customers.
• Deliver cost-effective branch operations maintaining profitability.
• Maintain quality of the loan portfolio by managing auction-to-book ratios, ensuring compliance with Loan-to-Value (LTV) limits, documentation standards, and gold purity testing.
• Resolve any unusual or doubtful cases such as spurious or bentex gold loans promptly within set timelines.
• Manage collections ensuring resolution within 0-30 days past due (DPD), perform regular follow-ups on overdue accounts, and support recovery actions adhering to internal policies.
• Lead compliance efforts to achieve audit scores, close audit observations, and uphold a zero tolerance policy for operational errors or regulatory lapses.
• Ensure accuracy in process adherence, record maintenance, and vault security.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, including quick turnaround times, effective grievance resolution, and upkeep of branch hygiene, safety, and security.
• Provide leadership to ABMs, Gold Valuers, GLOs, and Customer Service Executives (CSEs) through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure productivity benchmarks are met by managing manpower efficiency and motivation.
