Job description
Job Overview
This position involves handling 100% of leads provided by our channel partners and brokers. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships within the partner network and drive business growth by promoting Life Insurance (LI) products through the partner sales team. Additionally, the role includes training partner Relationship Managers on insurance products and associated processes.
Candidate Profile
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience with a CTC of approximately 3.5 LPA. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under sales targets and pressure, enjoy interacting with new people daily, and be willing to engage in fieldwork and travel as part of their responsibilities.
