BPO Telecaller - Health Insurance Process

About the Role

Ensure Dreams is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our Health Insurance Process team. This full-time position is based at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, a positive outlook, and a talent for engaging customers over the phone to assist and guide them through health insurance options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using assigned lead lists.
• Clearly explain different health insurance plans, including their features, benefits, and policy specifics.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions accordingly.
• Follow up consistently with interested clients to nurture relationships.
• Generate quality leads and actively contribute to meeting monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM or relevant systems.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth completion of documentation and policy issuance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
• Proficient in Hindi communication and persuasion; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a target-oriented work environment.
• A positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn and grow.
