Tanishq, a Tata-owned global leader in jewellery, has launched its flagship store in Srikakulam. This position involves overseeing daily store operations and directing the staff to deliver the signature Tanishq customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the store's daily functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and mentor the store team to maintain high service standards consistent with Tanishq’s brand reputation.
• Drive the store performance to achieve set retail sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of store management experience with a corporate brand, or a minimum of 5 years as an assistant store manager within a corporate jewellery retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards organizational objectives.
