Boss Fulfillment/Store to Door Outfitter

Role overview

The Omni (Store 2 Door) Outfitter supports the store-to-door fulfillment flow by picking, packing, and dispatching orders quickly, accurately, and in line with established procedures and operating standards.

Key duties

• Accept incoming orders, verify them, and gather the required items from the sales floor or stockroom.
• Pack outbound orders, record weight and dimensions, produce shipping labels and invoices, and transfer parcels to UPS or Canada Post.
• Complete order processing and product or article transfers in SAP.
• Check packages against shipping manifests to confirm accuracy before dispatch.
• Keep the Store to Door Canada team updated on cancellations, split shipments, and any order-related problems.
• Monitor and replenish packaging and shipping materials as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized work area for store-to-door operations.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Experience of one year or more in a sales or customer service setting is preferred.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Sound judgment and practical decision-making ability.
• A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is required; training can be provided if needed.
• Background in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Cabela’s products is considered a plus.
