Bookkeeper for Australian Immigration Firm with XERO Expertise

About the Role

VisaEnvoy, an expanding immigration services firm with offices across Australia and New Zealand, is inviting applications for a skilled Bookkeeper. The company fosters a supportive and enjoyable workplace culture, offering flexible schedules to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement and configure XERO accounting software tailored to the company's needs.
• Provide training on effective use of XERO for bookkeeping and accounting purposes.
• Set up and integrate Leap Migration Manager CRM software with XERO.
• Manage approximately 450 monthly financial transactions across client and operating accounts as reflected in recent bank statements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise in XERO accounting software with a minimum of two years experience.
• At least two years of bookkeeping experience.
• Ability to deliver training and support to internal teams.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn integration with CRM systems such as Leap Migration Manager.

Work Details and Compensation

• Part-time role offering approximately 15 hours weekly.
• Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely after initial setup and training completion.
• Salary competitive and negotiable based on experience.
