Job description

Role overview

Strata Title Administration is seeking a Body Corporate Manager to join its Auckland team. This position suits someone who has already worked with the public, handled meetings and budgets, completed general administration, and built positive working relationships. The role calls for someone who can provide accurate information quickly and work closely with a wider team.

About the company

Strata Title Administration is a nationwide body corporate management business with 30 years of experience delivering quality service to unit owners, committees, and chairpersons. The company focuses on simplifying complex matters and making challenging processes easier to understand.

What the role involves

This is a permanent full-time position where you will support clients, strengthen long-term relationships, manage budgets, and help ensure compliance with the Unit Titles Act and other applicable laws while maintaining a high standard of service. You will report to an experienced Senior Lead Body Corporate Manager.

  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with chairpersons, building managers, committees, and owners
  • Keep up to date with the Unit Titles Act and related regulations
  • Plan, organise, and chair owners' meetings
  • Make sure administration, service contract, and audit obligations are met
  • Work confidently with budgets, financial information, and administrative tasks
  • Use sound problem-solving and multitasking abilities in day-to-day work

Working conditions

Some after-hours work is required for chairing meetings. A flexi-time approach is used to help balance these commitments with work-life needs.

Benefits and workplace

The company offers centrally located offices, competitive rewards, hybrid working opportunities, and room for career development and growth. You will also be part of a supportive team.

Experience and profile

The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at once. Mandarin fluency would be an advantage. Experience with Microsoft Office Teams is needed, and familiarity with Strata Master would be beneficial. A tertiary qualification is preferred. Full technical training will be provided.
