About the Role

Path2Hire is expanding its recruitment team to support continuous mass hiring demands across India. We are seeking a proactive Blue Collar Recruiter skilled in large-scale recruitment for roles such as Delivery Executives, Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding, and Warehousing. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position ideal for an independent worker who can begin immediately without supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive mass hiring operations for blue-collar and field roles end to end.
• Source active candidates through platforms like WorkIndia, Apna, Quikr, OLX, social media, and in-person networks.
• Perform swift screening calls to verify essentials such as vehicle ownership, driving license, smartphone use, and geographic accessibility.
• Organize daily walk-in and interview schedules and maintain accurate attendance and candidate tracking systems for client hubs.

Requirements

• At least one year of practical experience in blue-collar or bulk recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills capable of generating high candidate volumes beyond standard job portals.
• Effective telephone communication skills to persuade and arrange candidate interviews efficiently.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
• Applicants can be based anywhere in India due to the fully remote nature of the position.
