Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join the Design Lab at our Gurugram office. This pivotal role will focus on advancing BIM technology adoption, driving integration across multidisciplinary projects, and championing AI-led innovations within the design and construction lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture, this position requires 8 to 10 years of substantial experience in BIM environments, with an emphasis on strategic standardization and digital transformation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BIM strategy encompassing all active projects, establishing standards, procedures, and workflow protocols aligned with international benchmarks.
- Partner with design, project management, and construction teams to embed BIM methodologies in ongoing work streams, ensuring coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines with robust clash detection and model quality control.
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies to improve design accuracy and project efficiency, acting as a liaison between design teams and technological innovation efforts.
- Lead exploration and deployment of AI-driven tools and automated workflows for enhanced design, planning, and project monitoring, including pilot programs and scaling of successful solutions.
- Provide training, mentorship, and governance by developing centralized BIM knowledge resources and ensuring external collaborators adhere to Tribeca’s BIM standards.
- Manage relationships with senior leadership, design authorities, consultants, vendors, and technology partners to foster BIM and AI adoption throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of eight to ten years of hands-on experience implementing BIM in complex, multi-project environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Thorough understanding of design coordination, construction workflows, and project lifecycle management.
- Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, or digital innovation within architecture, engineering, and construction domains is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to establish BIM standards, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
