This position is a chance to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's largest initiatives, encompassing a diverse mixed-use development featuring sports venues, entertainment, arts, and related infrastructure. Mace is a delivery partner seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams at every phase of this venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear and effective communication among clients, project members, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure information sharing.
• Develop and maintain expertise in ISO 19650 and pertinent client standards to guarantee adherence to information management protocols.
• Enforce adherence to information security standards and aid governance, assurance, and quality control activities, including thorough QA/QC inspections of BIM Execution Plans.
• Apply knowledge of information authoring principles and deliver outputs compliant with Mace’s internal procedures and information management duties.
• Evaluate current BIM technologies, explore emerging digital solutions, and contribute to ongoing improvements in digital delivery workflows.
• Offer construction sequencing guidance utilizing information models and assist in validating model accuracy throughout project progress.
• Support development of object libraries, information standards, processes, and collective BIM resources that align with organizational goals.
• Work alongside project, design, and cost teams to aid cost planning, assure procedural compliance, and promote net-zero carbon efforts through active carbon management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Level 3 qualification or its equivalent.
• Qualifications include A Levels, AS Levels, International Baccalaureate, Advanced Apprenticeships, or T Levels.
