Keeper Security is looking for a skilled bilingual (German or French) Channel Marketing Manager passionate about channel marketing and event management. Applicants must be permanent residents of Ireland. This role offers a hybrid working model for those close to the Cork office, and fully remote options for others.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist in executing integrated marketing strategies to drive demand, enable partners, and increase revenue throughout Keeper’s channel ecosystem.
- Partner with channel sales to develop co-branded campaigns involving resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Communicate fluently in German or French and English with partners, clients, vendors, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage creation and distribution of partner marketing materials such as datasheets, email templates, battlecards, and campaign kits.
- Collaborate with the global events team to organize co-hosted activities including webinars, lunch-and-learns, and other joint partner events.
- Oversee content management for Keeper’s partner portal, ensuring localized, up-to-date, and strategically aligned resources.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and return on investment to refine future efforts.
- Work closely with product marketing, digital, creative, and sales teams to customize messaging and assets for a channel audience.
- Support partner onboarding through welcome kits, training resources, and launch announcements.
- Align closely with channel sales managers to support quarterly objectives and provide tactical marketing assistance as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive schedule of channel marketing activities ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and partner feedback to enhance Keeper’s channel marketing approaches.
- Travel for local and international customer meetings as needed (approx. 20-25%), including vehicle rental or operation when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on channel, partner, or field marketing.
- Fluency in both English and either German or French, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies through channel networks including resellers, distributors, and technology partners.
- Prior work across diverse regions or markets, demonstrating ability to localize content and campaigns effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and partner portals such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Magentrix.
- Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a partner-centered approach.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly adjust to change.
- Analytical skills for tracking and reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude and strong ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately one-fifth of the time for partner events, conferences, and summits.
