Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bike Rider to conduct quick surveys for bikes and cars, gathering essential vehicle-related information via our service application. This role involves pickups of documents or small vehicle parts and requires accurate data collection as well as timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out swift bike and car surveys, capturing vehicle data accurately.
- Pick up documents and small components related to vehicles as needed.
- Diagnose minor vehicle problems and perform basic roadside repairs such as jumpstarting, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and duplicate key provision.
- Handle non-functional vehicles carefully during transport or service.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while managing necessary repair paperwork efficiently.
