Role overview
For the Trek Store in Hameln, the team is looking for a Bike Builder, to start by agreement. In this role, you help create an outstanding customer experience by preparing bicycles to the standard that sets the tone for the customer journey.
What you'll do
- Assemble new bicycles to a very high quality standard.
- Check that each bike and its components work properly.
- Inspect parts and bicycles for function, and clean them as needed.
- Carry out basic service workshop packages.

What we're looking for
You should either bring completed vocational training and several years of experience as a bicycle mechanic, or come from another background but have a real talent for bikes and the motivation to learn. The role also calls for organised, careful, and independent working habits, plus experience handling high-end bicycles. We are especially looking for someone ready to learn complex technical topics and stay motivated during the busy season.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Hameln, Lower Saxony, Germany.
