Job description
Role Overview
As a crucial member of the Work Winning Team, the Bid Writer is responsible for creating and shaping high-quality written responses to pre-qualifications and tender bids. This role demands a deep understanding of how to craft submissions that accurately meet client requirements while effectively portraying client solutions through both written content and accompanying visual elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop bespoke written responses for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tenders, incorporating unique content, client references, case studies, and CVs.
- Maintain consistent, professional standards across all tender documentation through careful editing and proofreading.
- Review and adapt pre-existing content to suit new bids and client needs as appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience
- Exceptional command of written English demonstrated through superior writing skills.
- Proven expertise in proofreading, formatting, and refining written materials.
- Ability to compose detailed and tailored tender responses meeting specified criteria.
- Holding UK National Security Vetting Status – BPSS is required.
Work Conditions and Additional Information
- Permanent full-time role with flexible working options including fully remote, hybrid, or on-site at Swindon or London.
- Standard working week consists of 37.5 hours.
- The role commences as soon as possible.
