Bid Manager

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent international organisation specializing in professional development, known for delivering premier executive learning, leadership programmes, and corporate education solutions. As they expand their footprint across the region, they seek an experienced Bid Manager to oversee the entire bid and proposal process for key strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of bids, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission.
• Lead the development, coordination, writing, and delivery of high-quality and compliant proposals.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, commercial teams, and senior leadership to craft persuasive bid responses.
• Produce compelling content that effectively communicates the organisation's value proposition.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all proposals within firm deadlines.
• Maintain and upgrade bid content, templates, and knowledge repositories.
• Manage bid review sessions and governance processes to improve winning chances.
• Evaluate bid results and drive continuous enhancement in proposal quality and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in bid, proposal, or tender management.
• Proven track record handling complex bids or responding to RFPs.
• Excellent skills in writing, editing, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience in education, professional services, consulting, training, or knowledge-driven organisations is a plus.

Salary: 20,000 AED per month
