We are looking to hire a dedicated full-time Private Boutique Atelier Assistant to join a discreet, craftsmanship-focused atelier and private showroom located in Chelsea, London. This position is intended for recent graduates embarking on their professional journey in the bespoke garment making industry. The atelier offers a serene and highly personalized environment where each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail for private clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the boutique and atelier spaces, ensuring they are well-organized and presented to the highest standard.
- Warmly welcome and professionally guide clients through the bespoke garment-making process with discretion and refinement.
- Support clients throughout their custom garment journey, maintaining clear communication and assistance.
- Assist in ongoing atelier projects, contributing to various stages of garment creation.
- Collaborate closely with the designer and broader atelier team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare garments and materials for client fittings and actively participate in these sessions to provide support.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate, preferably with a background in fashion or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for craftsmanship and bespoke tailoring processes.
- Professional demeanor, highly attentive to detail, and organized.
