The organization is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, ideally with exposure to multi-state benefits and leave programs. Prior experience supporting retirement plans is also required. The right person should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to strong customer service. Clear communication, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information are important. Familiarity with California and Arizona employment laws is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish ability would be an added advantage.
