The position is centered on smooth, large-scale international benefits administration. You will support employees and clients across several countries by keeping benefits processes running accurately and efficiently. The work involves handling daily operations, answering employee questions, managing data in multiple systems, and making sure benefits information is communicated clearly and administered correctly. Key accountabilities

  • Offer clear, timely assistance to employees and clients on benefits administration, enrollment, coverage, and related questions.
  • Track, manage, and close support tickets and escalations using tools such as Zendesk and email.
  • Perform accurate data tasks such as entering, checking, extracting, and maintaining information across several systems.
  • Support core benefits workflows, including invoicing, billing, enrollment updates, and platform changes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide consistent, reliable solutions.
  • Keep operational guides, standard procedures, and internal knowledge resources current.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency through automation.
  • Research issues and document findings in internal knowledge systems.
  • Use operational feedback and data insights to help improve benefits programs.
  • Contribute to the effective daily running of international benefits operations.

Requirements

  • Background in HR operations or benefits administration, preferably in a global, EOR, or PEO setting.
  • Good knowledge of employee benefits processes, including enrollment, invoicing, and plan administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail when working with complex data in multiple systems.
  • Well-developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote, distributed environment.
  • Analytical thinking with an eye for patterns, issues, and process improvements.
  • Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfort working across different tools, platforms, and international stakeholders.
