We are seeking a driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join Strateedge IT Consulting in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specializing in sourcing top talent for IT positions through multiple sourcing channels and maintaining candidate pipelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to offer acceptance ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to expedite placement decisions.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants must possess at least a graduate degree in any discipline to be considered for this position.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges between 80000 and 300000 INR per annum, reflecting experience and expertise.
