Job description
Position Overview
The Belt Supervisor will oversee the functioning and management of conveyor belts and material handling systems within the production unit. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth and continuous flow of raw materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Duties
- Manage daily conveyor belt operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Detect and address any issues affecting belt performance promptly.
- Liaise closely with maintenance personnel for scheduled and emergency repair tasks.
- Direct and supervise the activities of belt operators and support staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly conditions in the belt operation zone to support safety and efficiency.
Eligibility
Open to suitable candidates with relevant experience or background capable of handling supervisory responsibilities in conveyor belt operations.
Compensation
This role offers a monthly salary ranging between 12000 and 15000 INR.
