Role Overview
As a Bell Attendant/Porter, you represent a welcoming face to guests and play a key role in delivering outstanding service. Your friendly and helpful nature ensures guests feel warmly greeted from the moment they arrive. You assist with arrivals and departures, vehicle transport services, and significantly contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly receive, transport, and store guests' luggage.
- Assist guests during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Deliver messages, amenities, flowers, luggage, and fulfill other guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in luggage storage areas and back-of-house zones.
- Support events and VIP arrivals as needed.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams.
- Help with parking services and guest transfers.
- Run minor errands for guests and hotel functions.
Candidate Profile
- Enjoy physical activity with a hands-on approach.
- Strong customer service and hospitality focus.
- Polite and professional demeanor with international guests.
- Possess a valid Class B driver's license.
- Good command of German; English skills are advantageous.
- Resilient, organized, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
