Role Overview

As a Bell Attendant at Millennium Place Mirdif Hotel, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by managing luggage, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring the concierge desk is well-maintained. Your warm and professional approach will contribute to a positive and memorable experience for all patrons throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, exceeding expectations from arrival until departure.
  • Coordinate effectively with various hotel departments to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
  • Remain informed about hotel facilities and local offerings, including any updates or changes.
  • Use the Opera Guest profile system to monitor and manage guest information accurately.
  • Assist guests by transporting luggage to and from their rooms during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest and staff mail, messages, and packages with professionalism and promptness.
  • Distribute newspapers to guest rooms as required each morning.
  • Ensure timely delivery of guest messages and parcels without delay.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and storage areas.
  • Comply with the hotel’s environmental, health, and safety standards and policies consistently.
