Role overview

As a delivery passenger assistant, you will travel in Coolblue’s blue vans with your teammates, deliver large household appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators, and make sure customers receive friendly, attentive service. The position offers fair pay with extra benefits, discounts, health support, and a close-knit team culture. Full training is provided, so prior experience is not required.

What you will do

• Work with colleagues to deliver large home appliances and install or connect them at customers’ homes.
• Use product knowledge and service-minded communication to leave customers with a positive experience.
• Take a different route each day and discover new places across North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Spend time with your teammates after shifts, for example over drinks, table tennis, or football.

What you need

• A Class B driving licence held for at least one year.
• The ability to carry appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators up to the 4th floor.
• A clean police clearance certificate.
• Good German communication skills to coordinate deliveries reliably with customers.
• Availability to work on different days between Monday and Saturday.
• Residence in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area.
• Willingness to attend regular delivery fitness sessions.
