Position Overview
This short-term contract role offers the opportunity to work remotely as a Licensed Mental Health Professional Annotator, compensated at $46 per hour with a commitment of 30 to 40 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify and label emotional tones, mood cues, indicators of stress, and themes related to wellbeing.
- Utilize established and validated annotation frameworks and adhere to detailed guidelines during the labeling process.
- Detect sensitive content that warrants escalation by following predefined safety and protocol measures.
- Ensure annotations reflect subtle contextual and cultural nuances to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in improving annotation guidelines for cases that are ambiguous or borderline by providing valuable feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionally manage sensitive information throughout the annotation tasks.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Educational background in psychology, counseling, social work, or an allied behavioral health discipline.
- Familiarity with mental health terminology and common wellbeing assessment frameworks.
- Emotional resilience and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive or challenging material.
- Ability to strictly comply with confidentiality requirements and established protocols for safety escalation.
