Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments to a high standard in accordance with clinic protocols and treatment guidelines.
• Carry out detailed consultations to understand client needs and align expectations realistically.
• Recommend and promote relevant products and additional services to improve the overall client journey.
• Work toward sales targets as part of the role.
• Keep client records accurate and updated before and after treatments.
• Clean and maintain equipment and machines to required standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Beauty qualification at Level 3 or higher is required.
• Previous exposure to laser hair removal is an advantage, though not essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Friendly, upbeat, and approachable manner with clients.
• Strong attention to detail when managing client records.
• Consistently high standards in client experience.
