About the Role
Le Beauty is growing its team and is hiring an experienced beauty professional with strong lash and nail expertise. This position is based in Auckland and supports work across multiple salon locations, including six existing branches and the new Henderson site.
The role suits someone who is meticulous, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality beauty treatments in a polished and well-maintained setting. It is a strong opportunity for a technician who enjoys developing their skills while contributing to a busy and established beauty business.
Working Arrangements
- Work schedule: 5 days each week, with weekends included
- Weekly hours: minimum 30 hours and up to 50 hours
- Pay: NZ$25 to NZ$35 per hour
- Location flexibility: may be rostered across Auckland branches
- Immediate start required for candidates based in Auckland
What You’ll Do
- Carry out professional eyelash services such as classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, as well as lash lifts
- Deliver builder gel, gel polish, and other nail enhancement services with accuracy
- Keep all treatment areas clean and compliant with hygiene, sanitation, council, and company standards
- Explain, promote, and recommend Le Beauty’s services and retail range
- Offer tailored aftercare guidance so clients can maintain their lashes and nails properly
- Create a warm, confident, and professional experience for every client
- Help bring in new clients through referrals and consistently strong service
Experience and Skills Needed
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in lashes, nails, or both
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extensions and builder gel nails
- Ability to adapt treatments to suit each client’s preferences and needs
- Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
- Clear phone communication and accurate data entry skills
- Eyebrow treatment experience is an added advantage
- Willingness to keep improving through ongoing professional development
- Lash or nail certification is beneficial, though not mandatory
