Beauty Merchandiser

Overview

This position is based in a locally owned and managed store that supports health, beauty, and convenience services in the community while keeping the customer experience at the centre of the role.

What You Will Do

• Use PDT and MMS tools to complete daily operational tasks.
• Follow direction to handle exit strategy activities and product returns.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned inventory, proper product placement, and expiry tracking.
• Keep store presentation aligned with current image and merchandising trends.
• Create product displays that are easy for customers to shop and understand.
• Work toward daily sales goals.

Customer Service Expectations

• Present a neat, professional appearance in line with uniform and dress code standards.
• Be proactive in greeting and helping customers throughout the aisles.
• Bring knowledge of the cosmetics market to the role.
• Demonstrate solid customer service skills in daily interactions.

General Requirements

• Comply with store operating standards and procedures.
• Observe loss prevention policies and practices.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

The hiring range is $17.60 to $20.85 per hour. Pay may vary based on experience, knowledge, and the geographic region where the position is located.
