Are Media New Zealand invites an experienced content creator to take charge of beauty editorial content across their trusted brands such as Woman's Day and New Zealand Woman's Weekly. This part-time role requires a deep understanding of beauty, blending science, culture, and storytelling to produce compelling, credible, and commercially savvy content.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing content across multiple platforms, including authoritative print articles, expert beauty advice, engaging social media posts, and digital storytelling that fosters strong audience connections. You'll track emerging trends, discern audience interests, and craft informative and inspiring content that drives results.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. A strong commercial mindset is vital, with an understanding of how editorial quality, audience growth, and brand partnerships combine to generate value. Innovation in content creation and the use of audience analytics to continually enhance editorial strategies are crucial.
