About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join as Beauty Advisors at kiosks located in malls across Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kottayam. This position is suitable for freshers interested in beauty, customer interaction, and developing a retail career.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their skincare and beauty requirements.
- Provide product recommendations and demonstrate basic usage techniques.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, personal grooming, and kiosk presentation standards.
- Ensure proper product arrangement and stock upkeep.
- Assist in daily kiosk operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic understanding of makeup and beauty products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in advanced makeup application techniques.
- Prior internship or training experience in beauty or retail sectors.
