Role Overview

The Beauty Advisor acts as an engaging and knowledgeable sales professional focused on delivering an outstanding, welcoming, and educational shopping journey for customers of Red Cactus. They expertly combine customer service excellence and makeup artistry, creating a collaborative environment on the shop floor while supporting store operational tasks to help achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive customer service and in-depth product expertise tailored to individual customer needs, providing either full or simplified service.
• Consistently meet or surpass personal sales targets contributing positively to team and store performance.
• Represent the Red Cactus brand positively by maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete assigned educational and development activities.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, management, and partners.
• Follow all company policies rigorously and report deviations promptly to management.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure appealing store displays and proper stock replenishment.
• Participate in stocktaking activities when required.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to company appearance and hygiene standards.
• Undertake additional tasks as delegated.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail with direct customer interaction and sales.
• Strong customer service capabilities alongside excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and foster positive customer relationships.
• Keen attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.
• Prior makeup artistry experience is advantageous.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
