Job Overview
This role involves participation in battery production, divided into four main process departments.
Job Details
- Mixing Process: Handle powdery raw materials by loading approximately 20kg bags into mixers where materials are stirred and turned into a slime- or mud-like state. The role includes setting raw materials into the mixer and operating the mixing machine. Note that this process may involve exposure to dust and result in dirt due to powdery substances.
- Coating Process: Operate machinery to coat metal foils with the mixture from the mixing stage. The position requires frequent walking, covering about 10,000 to 20,000 steps daily, including transporting tanks of raw materials and conducting inspection tasks.
- Compression Process: Use rolling press machinery called compression rollers to press products made in the coating stage, followed by product inspection. This process also involves simple data entry and measurement tasks using a computer.
- Shipping and Packaging Process: Responsible for packaging, moving, and shipping finished products within the factory, also involving 10,000 to 20,000 steps walking daily.
Assignments to a specific process will be decided by the client company.
Qualifications
- No prior manufacturing experience required.

- Strongly seeking candidates with forklift licenses, but also accepting applicants without one or experience.
