Role Overview

The hotel is seeking a motivated and guest-oriented Bartender / Barista to join its Food & Beverage team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality drinks, interacting with guests, and contributing to a lively luxury environment.

Key Duties

• Craft and present cocktails, mocktails, coffee drinks, and other specialty beverages with care, consistency, and originality.
• Offer attentive, friendly, and personalized service to every guest.
• Help maintain an inviting and comfortable experience at the bar and coffee counter.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with hygiene expectations.
• Use solid product knowledge to make confident beverage suggestions.
• Provide support to the team during peak periods while upholding strong service standards.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience working as both a bartender and barista in a luxury hotel, premium café, restaurant, or bar setting.
• Good understanding of classic cocktails, coffee preparation methods, and drink presentation.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and creating positive guest interactions.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Presentable, energetic, and collaborative by nature.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual tax-free salary of QAR 32,400.
