In the botanist bar, you will work primarily with herbs, fruits, and spices, combining them with premium spirits to craft drinks that meet guest expectations. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and garnishes for beverages.
• Assist with drink preparation under the guidance of the Demi Chef de Bar or Bar Manager.
• Clean and maintain bar tools, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards at the bar.
• Support ordering and storage of beverage stock.
• Serve guests and deliver drinks as part of customer service.
• Continue developing bar and mixology skills through training and hands-on experience.
• Help the team keep bar operations running smoothly.
• Bring enthusiasm, warmth, and team spirit to the workplace.
• Handle cashing up and independent billing.
