Position Overview

We are thrilled to invite applications for the role of Bartender at An Chúirt Hotel, located in the scenic area of Meenderrygamph, Gweedore. This role involves being part of our Food & Beverage team where delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality setting is key.

Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of drinks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about beverage selections, promotions, and hotel services.
• Comply with licensing laws by responsibly serving alcohol.
• Accurately manage cash and card transactions.
• Keep the bar area orderly, clean, and visually appealing.
• Provide support during special events and functions with setup and service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience working in bars, hotels, restaurants, or similar hospitality roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• A positive, approachable demeanor combined with professionalism.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a busy work environment.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to presentation standards.
• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• While not essential, familiarity with cocktail mixing is a plus.
