Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following hotel standards.
• Ensure uniformity in taste, presentation, and overall quality of beverages served.
• Recommend and actively promote beverages to elevate guest satisfaction and boost revenue.
• Deliver personalized services and engage customers with in-depth product knowledge.
• Address and resolve guest complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the bar area to hospitality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to stock control activities.
• Follow stringent cash handling protocols and guarantee precise billing processes.
• Comply with local regulations and hotel policies concerning alcoholic beverage service.
• Uphold HACCP and hygiene standards consistently throughout operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a bartender within a hotel or high-end bar environment.
• Solid grounding in mixology, cocktail crafting, and current beverage trends.
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a customer-focused service attitude.
• Formal certification in bartending or food safety is a plus.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and beverage service excellence.
• Ability to maintain composure and performance under pressure while upholding quality standards.
• Close attention to detail, especially regarding drink presentation.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and cooperative attitude.
