Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Barman to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is crucial for providing impeccable dining experiences across our various restaurants, bars, and food service areas. The successful candidate will combine detailed attention with warm and genuine guest interactions, creating lasting memories for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous seating.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, demonstrating expert knowledge of menus.
• Serve meals and drinks with exemplary presentation to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout dining and service spaces.
• Assist in arranging and dismantling dining setups for varied events and service times.
• Process payments carefully, managing cash and card transactions transparently.
• Respond swiftly and empathetically to guest questions, special needs, and dietary restrictions.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure timely and precise delivery of food and drinks.
• Strictly observe food safety, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.
• Promote positive team dynamics by supporting coworkers and encouraging inclusivity.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards consistently.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Desirable qualifications include resourceful experience in luxury hospitality food and beverage service, a high school diploma or equivalent, food safety certification, awareness of international cuisines and beverages, knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergies, proficiency in multiple languages, experience with POS systems and hospitality technology, and understanding of fine dining service protocols.
