Work Scope

This role is available in full-time or part-time capacity, with shifts primarily during evenings and includes weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
• Engage with and attend to guests ensuring great service
• Develop seasonal cocktail and beverage menus
• Provide cocktail training sessions for service staff
• Manage orders and inventory tracking
• Oversee budget adherence and cost monitoring
• Ensure compliance with service protocols, hygiene, and quality standards
• Restock the bar regularly
• Maintain smooth operations at the bar area

Candidate Profile

• Ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and eagerness to experiment with new recipes
• Flexible and supportive in collaborating with service and conference teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Enjoy teamwork and communicating with guests
• A personable demeanor and passion for interacting with people
• German language skills at B2 level; additional language skills are advantageous
