About the Company and Venue

Since February 2024, innofabrik Event und Gastro GmbH has operated "THE SPACE," a new rooftop bar located in the beautiful Pfalz region. This exclusive cocktail bar offers premium cocktails and selected wines in a uniquely designed setting featuring advanced technology, including an innovative ordering and payment system that allows guests to order directly from their seats. "THE SPACE" accommodates approximately 50 guests indoors and an additional 50 on the rooftop terrace, operating weekday evenings and full days on weekends, with regular event programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality cocktails, wines, beverages, and light snacks in accordance with elevated quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Use the state-of-the-art point-of-sale system to take and process orders at guests’ tables.
• Support creative marketing initiatives via the digital customer card system.
• Contribute to crafting memorable guest experiences and events within the bar's distinctive ambiance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or within a similar hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A passion for mixology, premium beverages, and excellent service.
• A friendly demeanor and a collaborative team spirit.
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative drink recipes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
