About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Barkeeper (m/w/d) to join our welcoming team at the 4-star Superior Hotel Albblick, located in Waldachtal, Baden-Württemberg. This role involves preparing a variety of beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails, aperitifs, as well as hot and cold drinks, while occasionally supporting the restaurant service team to ensure guests have memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional preparation of cocktails, long drinks, aperitifs, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Attentively and warmly serving and advising guests at the bar.
• Ensuring smooth operations in the bar area and maintaining composure during busy periods.
• Assisting the restaurant service team on the terrace and during events as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order, while upholding quality and hygiene standards.
• Handling preparatory and closing tasks in both bar and service areas.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen, restaurant service, and reception teams to provide guests with excellent hospitality.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed vocational training in hotel or gastronomy sectors; career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
• Experience in bar or restaurant service is required.
• A genuine passion for customer interaction, demonstrating a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Works independently, reliably, and stays calm under pressure.
• Maintains a neat appearance and communicates confidently and politely.
• Proficient in German with basic knowledge of English.
• Flexible with availability to work weekends and public holidays.
