Job Description

• Prepare the daily mise en place, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Serve drinks and craft cocktails both à la carte and during events.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and development of the bar operations.
• Provide attentive guest care and personalized consultation.
• Collaborate closely with the serving staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle premium branded products responsibly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in gastronomy or behind a bar.
• Proficiency in both German and English languages.
• A personable demeanor with excellent social skills.
• Willingness to work during nights and weekends.
• Physical fitness and confident presence.
