Key Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and food items according to standardized recipes or customized requests from customers, including adjustments in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Engage customers warmly by recognizing their needs and providing excellent service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and the store as a whole.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and ensure store safety and security according to policies.
• Adapt to different tasks during shifts to support smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a team environment.
• Proud of delivering high-quality work and open to learning new skills, including the latest beverage recipes.
• Ability to remain calm and maintain composure under a fast-paced, energetic workload.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
• Capable of maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance with or without accommodations.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal qualities to build relationships within the team and with customers.
• Capable of meeting store operating standards and policies concerning quality, safety, and customer experience.
