About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Barista at Starbucks, where connection is core to everything we do. At our store in South Point Village, Airdrie, Alberta, you will be part of a caring community valued as a partner who contributes to a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll engage with customers and teammates alike to make a positive difference daily, delivering the exceptional Starbucks Experience through expert preparation and outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customer specifications.
- Deliver excellent customer service to build strong relationships and understand customer needs through friendly communication.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security.
- Perform various operational duties across the store during each shift, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience required; we provide training.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both oral and written instructions and seek clarification as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
