Role Overview

As a Starbucks barista, you will craft the signature Starbucks Experience by delivering outstanding service and expertly preparing beverages and food. Working in a lively store atmosphere, you will hone your skills, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with new people daily. Your friendly smile and quality beverage can brighten a customer's day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures a memorable Starbucks experience.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standardized or customized recipes, adapting ingredients and preparation as requested.
• Manage cash handling and contribute to maintaining store safety.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with store standards.

• Ability to comply with store policies regarding product quality, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Quick learner capable of following oral and written instructions and seeking clarification when needed.
